[Osage] Indian Scholarships

Please direct me toward resources for Indian college level  scholarships.  My 
grandson is in film school doing very well and I had  suggested he contact 
the tribe to see what resources there are available for  students of Osage 
Heritage and he said "oh gramps   I have it totally  handled".  Now he says he is 
broke.  Any ideas besides teaching young  ones to respect their elders and 
listen once in a while?
